Someone else directs you why to do so you don’t need to think, but at the same time you can push yourself by looking at the heart rate monitor

The variety, the enthusiasm and that they cater for all abilities.
The workout varies everyday so you don’t get bored. The team are fantastic, they keep you motivated the entire time. Big shout out to Laura who always makes an effort to have a check in chat with me to see how I’m going during my workout. That kind of care makes me feel like it’s more than just a gym, it’s a community.
I really love my OTF sessions & always look forward to them.

Small classes and coaches who know you.
The coaches are so supportive and take the time to get to know you.. feels more like a family than a gym!

The sessions are always mixed up and always provide a great work out, Trainers are motivational and take time to correct you on detail on the floor.

I love how it is not all the same thing throughout the session. I like how it is half running and half floor work. Every teacher I have had is really nice and welcoming and that's why I really enjoy it.

That there is a personalised feel to the group dynamic. I enjoy that the workouts are pre-planned out and when I go into a class I know I am going to work hard.

The OTF workouts are dynamic, challenging and always enjoyable. The coaches are incredible - supportive and encouraging, and even though they have a room full of people to guide through a session, they always make time to offer personalised tips and advice on perfecting form.
Their support during our Melbourne lockdowns in particular has been a game changer. No matter what’s going on in the world, I know I can log onto a Zoom workout and see their always-upbeat and smiling faces! Thanks guys! 🧡🧡🧡

The trainers are very knowledgable, supportive and approachable. I enjoy that every class involves a mix of cardio and weights training. I also dig that the focus on the weights floor is placed predominantly on form, not based on how fast or how many reps, like some other training studios.
