Really enjoy working out in the group with friends. It's easy to push yourself that little bit harder when everyone around you is also doing the same!

Every class is different, and always challenging! The environment is very friendly and motivating. Because we wear heart rate monitors we exercise to our own capabilities - what effort it takes for me to reach the orange or red zone is different to the person next to me. Couldn’t recommend Orangetheory more highly !

Liked how the coach was very attentive to all the different needs and also motivated everyone. It was a great set up with everyone nicely spaced out and following covid safety precautions.
The way the session is organised. It personally helps me in concentrating on the activity rather than what I will be doing next. The group environment gives motivation as well.

Great coaches, varied workouts and a really welcoming and friendly group of people. It caters for a broad range of fitness and ability.
I get a lot out of the workouts, I am now concentrating on the Lift classes which are great for my flexibility and strength improvement.
The trainers are professional and happy to assist with improved technique, they explain why we are doing particular movements and advise on poor technique to avoid problems.
The friendly atmosphere is what I enjoy the most!

The fact that you are pushed but can go at your own pace is great , I need to be guided at exercise and Orange theory has great trainers to guide you through the sessions
