Motivating, effective, fun
I like the balance between the treadmill, rower and floor blocks. When I first started over 2 years ago, the floor was not my favourite as I didn't often get any splat points during that block. However, over that time my general strength and balance have increased dramatically, which has had a big impact on my life everyday. Some exercises I really struggled with when I started, I can now complete without having to choose an easier option. The coaches are always quick to point out where I can improve my technique and so supportive and encouraging.
Love the coaches. Every single one. Not going to lie, I hate endurance workouts, and for the non-stop workout recently, I only mustered up the willpower to attend the class because Jenny was coaching at South Yarra and she is amazing and she hardly does classes. Not to single her out. I do love all the other coaches as well - Dylan, Toby, Jake, Melissa, Kelly, Natasha (Tash), Jenny!
Only gave a 9 because I wish there was a cold water fountain and that the late cancel fee was a bit lower, or provides a bit more flexibility when things happen that are beyond one’s control. Not a huge deal as I’ve gotten better at just enrolling for a class at the last minute, if there are spots available, where I am unsure if I will be able to make it.
That it's all about challenging yourself and there is something for everyone no matter what stage of your fitness journey you're at.
