OrangeTheory is the only gym that has kept me going back year after year. Every class is different, motivating and the coaches demonstrate all exercises and make sure that every member is working out safely throughout the class. The best thing is that you exercise and challenge yourself (even when you don't feel like it), in a fun, safe, and friendly environment.

The structure and the splat points colour system tends to motivate you when you get there. Focus on hygiene even before covid. Friendly coaches with the best ones picking music to suit the demographic of the class!
The all round nature of the circuits. I love the fact that I don’t need to think about what my training will be and that the team nature of the sessions sees everyone doing the same circuit.
I love the energy the trainers bring to every session even if the gym is t very full they all really give you an up feeling.
Variety in the sessions is also really good it does encourage you to do several sets during a week so you work different parts of your body
