Service after the sale is always a huge help. Thanks again for driving the 1.5 hours to fix our shower for us. It saved us so much time and money hauling it out there and missing work. Top notch service as normal!

I never thought that i would say that i enjoy going to an RV dealer for a service/warranty inspection visit but the people at Alpin Haus are great and it feels more like a social visit then a chore. The service advisor, Miranda was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Alpin Haus was very accommodating in meeting our request to have the service technician who knows our RV the best work on it. Can't say enough good stuff about Lance - the best!!
We are from Massachusetts and Alpin Haus bends over backwards to schedule our visits at a convenient time for us and we were taken right on schedule and the work was promptly done as promised and within the quote. Alpin Haus also set us up with a RAM dealer to take care of an issue we had. The RAM dealer worked us in to their schedule and quickly fixed the issue under warranty at no charge. Good people, good work.

Vance gave the best review of any motor home that we have over the years purchase. Your company is nothing more then a bully and tries to make buyers feel low. The communication is non existent and sale people lie to make sales. Road call is a joke and people aren’t trained, they damage property and damage parts. Will never do business with alpin haus again. What you can change is get qualified, honest people to work for you, and don’t have bullies who try to intimidate customers work there.
Sales person two years ago did an excellent job meeting our needs We come annually for inspection and warranty obligations great service We recently needed a repair and it was handled responsibly and time relevant Appointment time honored. Kept us informed of price and completion time Couldn't ask for anything more Great place to do business!
Don't buy a trailer here, if you have a problem due to manufacturer they don't fix it right, I did an inspection and hours later had a flood in the bedroom, was told after they came that it was not there fault, well I had no issues til they flushed out the water heater. They refuse to take responsibility, bad business people.
I brought it in to find a leak and they did not find the source of the leak.
Your service department worked with us in every step of the way in getting our camper home and back up and running. They also worked with the manufacturer to get a quick and permanent solution to our problem at the best cost to us. We are very impressed and happy with the treatment we received. For this reason my wife and I plan on purchasing our next camper from your dealership based on the service and sales staff.
Jake took the time to listen to our goals and got to know us well enough to guide us to the perfect RV. We were looking to transition from our live aboard sail boat to camping; well done!

Very happy with the ease of purchasing a travel trailer. The sales rep. Charles was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions .Justin made it easy with all of the financing and reams of paper work.
Three visits to fix problem, wrong parts ordered, did not keep me "on the loop" about delays, did not return phone calls, was not feeling welcome since I did not purchase RV from your dealership. Maybe next time.
Sales staff, and service staff are excellent. The prior to pickup tutorial was the best, they covered everything on our unit and answered every question we had.

Everyone is super friendly, encouraging, and goes above and beyond the call to assist on the road or in person. Thank you to the service department, and especially Allie, Dominique, Lance, Eric, and Ron, for figuring out problems and taking care of them. We love our Axion "Peanut" and are really happy with Alpin Haus customer relations. You can depend on them for support, advice, and keeping to their word. We drive 6 hours just to get their service!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly when we have any questions or problems with our camper.
We were sold a trailer which has had multiple issues. This 2019 we are told since is used has basically no warranty that your company will fix. We purchased in March and already have had to deal with inoperable leveling system, hot water heater malfunction, refrigerator unable to switch between gas and electric, hinge on outdoor kitchen failing causing us to be unable to close this compartment. I have forever warranty which I guess is useless since service department said they will not send anyone!! We have been forced to contact an outside service company. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to do this. This trailer was supposedly “ only used for a month” when we purchased it. Oh and the damaged inside bedroom trim that we were told would be fixed before the trailer was to be delivered at the end of April, is still not fixed. I’d like some to correct these issues immediately Phone number removed

Refrigerator has broke twice Alpin Haus has had my camper for four weeks to replace the main board in a refrigerator seems to be way too long for such a simple fix
Our trailer needed repair due to a manufacturing defect. AP went above and beyond to correct the issue and get the trailer back to us ASAP
