I used the service department to do repair work on my RV. It was easy to make an appointment. I was able to give the department a 27 day window to make the repairs and the work was on on time. The service representatives I dealt with were friendly, able to answer my questions, and kept good communication with me through the process. They also did all the coordination with my Extended Warranty company. Understanding the challenges of supply chain and labor shortages, I was very pleased with the quality of work and with the time it took to make the repairs. I will definitely use again.
Kind, friendly and very helpful service desk employees. When the work was completed by the technician my camper was clean with no trace of someone doing any work inside. The counter top replacement was done in a timely manner within the limits of the estimated replacement estimate.
Products are the best in the industry. .your service staff is above and beyond. Very smart and knowledgeable about the products they are working on plus they are ALL very kind. When your having service done you can relax and feel like your at home. Thank you .

I brought my Travel Trailer in because the slide quit working. When I was called to come pick it up I was told it was fine and the only issue was it was hooked up backwards. In was always in and out was always out- how could it have been backwards? What i think happened was it was off "track" and when my husband manually brought it in and out it aligned it and started working because there was no resistance. We never tried it again before dropping it off. I would have still paid for the service and diagnostic fee, but theres no way the switch was hooked up backwards. Disappointing.
Dave Horney, the Service Manager, worked with me throughout the long process of a Warranty Claim to repair a broken awning. Dave went above and beyond. He was very courteous and professional and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Only fixed the slides, stove and hot water heater still not working. It is a 2 hour drive my home and the trailer remains unusable. The service manager told its it was ready for pickup although the other issues were not fixed and we took on the road and spent a week without water. It would be helpful if someone could go over the issues maybe at this point via FaceTime, we were told you do not have enough seasoned techs to address our issues, so unacceptable with all the time we have spent taking it there and now still have issues
Sales and staff very friendly and knowledgeable, any questions sales didn't know they were very qick to find the answers. Nice camping and accessories store, great place to do business with.
When you call at 9:00 in the morning and talk to your sales guy about the A/C not working on a week old camper and they tell you they will call you back or have service call you that morning and you hear nothing the entire day is not good business after you send him a reminder at 12:15 in the afternoon. My next step will be social media, I’m a business owner and will not ever ignore a customer

You had my RV for three days but didn't do anything. The keys were supposed to be left for me but were not so I had to make an extra trip back another time to get them. As far as I can see You have not done anything positive for me. Although I did ask for you to order a part for me because I need the work done. I'm hoping my next experience is a lot better.
Scott is exceptional is sales and all aspects of product. Josh completed all the sales and finance workings of the paperwork for the camper. Kevin was totally complete in all the workings of the camper, explaining all the buttons and features.
I was very disappointed in the service department. After weeks of frustration with calling and not having timely responses, there was a final call placed to pick up our camper and was given the run round. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
The service given was outstanding from the start! We were greeted promptly at the front desk personnel to our top notch sales person Steve who listen attentively to our needs and desires. When we decided and agreed on purchase, we then met with Kyle in Financing who got us financing and explained our warranties. From there we met with Lance with our walk thru and he was so patient and gave us so much valuable info. Even though there was a major defect on unit from the factory, Lance and Steve are following up on the warranty with the manufacture and assure us they will get this completed. So far we are very happy with our major purchase and look forward to our continued relationship with your Alpin Haus family in Amsterdam!
We have been dealing with you for several years and have been happy with you. This year we dealt with Riley and he was exceptional.
Rick my salesman was very helpful,not pushy.He tried to show us models that fit in the categories that we were looking for.With his help we found exactly what fit the bill.Bill who did our walk thru was a veritable wealth of knowledge about the travel trailer and how to hook it up,as we only had motor homes before.Dave in service also answered any queries about maintaining the trailer.all in all a great team.Steve Mahoney
2-3 weeks for an exterior light, decal, and exterior protectant application. Way too long for an appointment made months in advance,
Discussed issues w my battery. Trailer was purchased in October 2021. Never put a load tester on it. After I brought trailer home, from service, was told I could drop battery and they’d test it. It sat there for THREE weeks!!! And never got tested. At this point I’ll buy a battery.
Still waiting for new cabinet handles, warranty replacement. And a spew slide for outdoor stove, also on order, is what I’ve been told.
Overall I’m disappointed in purchasing our new Imagine 2400bh

Your service people are very out going and personable.
We love our Jayco camper. Alpin Haus was very good. There were a couple of small issues with the camper and they were prompt at getting it fixed. All of the emu were amazing.
Quality and customer care
Recently had an issue that manufacturer would not cover. Their service went to the RV park, as I am seasonal, and repaired the issue with no problem.
Your service department fix my trailer perfect. The guys were great. I just had surgery and they hooked my trailer up for me. Thank You
