On the day we took delivery of our new travel trailer the entire staff was fantastic. The two individuals who worked directly with us reviewing all aspects of the camper, hitch and hook-up were very helpful and thorough.

Bought my first camper, 5th wheel from Alpin Haus ordered in fall of 1994. I live 2 1/2 hours away passing several dealerships along the way. I had done a great deal of looking around at different dealerships and found that Alpin Haus was the easiest most straightforward dealership that I found. I bought my second and present 5th wheel at Alpin Haus and to this day I take my unit annually for what I call its annual physical. They are very considerate of my camper and I know that what I ask them to do, what needs to be done etc, I know it is done in a professional quality manner. On the sales side they always helped with getting the best combination of tow vehicle and trailer. They go over the entire unit with customers and any questions they are always available. They don’t just hook you up and send you on your way. No pressure either. Service side, they know their business and as I said earlier, are professionals and care for my property.

New lithium batteries and installation for my Hymer RV VERY expensive especially as I bought RV there.
Even though we did not buy our RV there, the service team was very accommodating with scheduling and did the repair work while we waited. We had to cancel our original appointment due to winter weather and the service team followed up to reschedule.
The grand design transcend met all our requirements and every step thru the buying process has been great.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly, watrany work can be a long process waiting for approvals but overall everything appears to have worked out ok.
The service manager anticipated the need for a new wiring harness and completed the diagnosis and part replacement while I waited.
Everyone is so helpful if I was to buy a new camper it would be at Alpin Haus this is my second d camper I bought there I bought one somewhere else and was not happy at all

Charles was the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. I’m guessing he is someone’s kid. Get back to you a day or 2 later. Or not at all. If it wasn’t the specific camper we were looking for we would have gone somewhere else.

We bought our brand new tellaro in spring of 2023. We brought the RV in for service in fall of 2023, Over 6 months ago. After never hearing back from your service department we finally called and found out our RV was "ready" for pickup. Upon our arrival, we found that the RV was in worse condition than when we dropped it off. The service department broke all of our kitchen cabinets, did not complete the wiring and the RV wouldn't start. A tech came to look and admitted that they didn't finish the work and they didn't know why the interior of the RV had been damaged. A month went by and we reached back out and the same service tech told us the van was "ready" again. Upon arrival it was in the exact same condition as the last time we left it, broken interior and wiring issues still present. After making thousands of dollars in payments on the rig and getting no clear answers from the service department we had no choice but to trade in the RV for a new travel trailer. Of course we were forced to settle on an unfair trade price for our brand new RV that had been in Alpin Haus' possession longer than ours since our purchase. On top of that we were charged $5k over msrp for the new unit. I will never shop with Alpin Haus again. Which is a shame, I really expected and hoped for them to make this situation right. I also expected that they would want our future business, as I am only in my 30's and plan to continue rving and purchasing new RVs for the next 40 years. Instead, you made a second profitable sale rather than keep my business. They really know how to make you feel taken advantage of.
