Quality and customer care
Recently had an issue that manufacturer would not cover. Their service went to the RV park, as I am seasonal, and repaired the issue with no problem.
We would give sales and staff a 10 - but parts and service a 0. Multiple calls do not get returned, wrong parts are sent...
Very friendly and great service

Bought my trailer trailer from Alpin Haus 10 years ago. This was the first time I had to have it serviced. Service department staff was excellent and prom to fix. No problem with Alpin Haus. Would highly recommend them, whoever is looking for a camper or boat.
Their supply of the Forever Warranty and things that get fixed under the warranty. But I just think it took quite a long time for them to find the problem with my furnace and repair it under my forever warranty.
Roy did an excellent job with the forever warranty, very thorough and pleasant. As far as the service department, I had a problem with the camper and they refused to do an on site appraisal of our slide out where a branch went through the roof. Being on a seasonal site and not having a truck big enough to haul and stating that, they still would not come. It was for an appraisal, that was it. I did my business elsewhere for this repair and they came on site with no issue. Service needs to be improved, I am disappointed. I have several family members that also have issues with service. I hope you can improve customer service and get jobs done right.

Better communication felt like I waited for call back info
My wife and I bought a new camper from Alpin Haus, Port Jervis,NY in March 2022. These guys especially our sales rep Mike were great to work with from day 1. Not at all pushy and they gave us a great deal on our trade in camper.
We have had a few minor details that needed to be repaired on our new camper. Although these details were manufacturing details that had nothing to do with Alpin Haus, Mike and the service department at Alpin Haus contacted Grand Design and received approval and parts from Grand Design to repair any issues that came up in a very timely manner and had our camper back to us within days. My wife and I definitely would recommend Alpin Haus to anybody thinking of upgrading or buying a camper for the first time.

This is the second grand design that I've bought from alpin haus and Heather. Great bunch of people at Alpin haus, friendly and helpful
I brought my camper in to have the slide interior floor looked at where I explained a staple was pushing through the floor raising the Linoleum. The tech heated the floor in a different spot and now my floor has a crinkle in it and there wasn’t anything wrong with that part of the floor? Then I went into buy a new 50amp power cord from parts and two salesman were sitting behind the counter. I asked if they carried a 50 cord and they said they would have to order it. I told them that I called before I came and someone said it was in stock. The younger salesman found it in the shelf and told me it was $297 for a 25’ cable. I asked if they could do better than that because I found the exact same cord online at that moment for $167. The older salesman who never left his chair told me “look at the walls, ceiling, and lights” and starred at me. I was shocked with his attitude and poor customer service. I thanked him and left without purchasing anything.
I’ve ALWAYS spoke highly of Alpin Haus and told many friends and family to go here for anything RV related. This was a very negative experience for me. I take pride in my RV and nothing I came for was completed. My floor is still damaged and now had a heat gun on a part of the floor that nothing was wrong with. And I didn’t but the 25’ 50 amp cord because of the rude older salesman with gray hair. I’m very unsatisfied! Please reach out to me at Phone number removed anytime. Thanks.
Repairs were completed in a timely matter
Well equipped, friendly service, completed when said it would be, scheduled service was expected, reminder sent by text of upcoming service.
The sales person was great, there are two places I have concerns, I had an allowance for accessories built into the loan and I didn't use the entire thing but was told I can't use the remaining for ancillary accessories so what the rest a tip? I also inquired about the battery situation as I was told that the sale included a 2 bank battery but when I picked up my camper it only had 1 one it. I inquired about it and the person that was explaining my camper to me told me that two would not fit, well that all well and good but I still feel I am at the very least entitled to that second battery as it was originally part of the sale and I paid for it.
The last thing was the explanation of the camper, although mostly he did a good job but there are thing that he missed the different types of outlets among other things. I fell like they assume that everyone has owned a camper and this should be common knowledge.
Communication was terrible and the price is rather high. Things were ripped off the toilet and thrown in the table area when I didn't even know I had a toilet problem. For the money I paid I shouldn't have to pull toothbrushes that we're in a place off the floor. I want you to change your voicemail, nobody gets back to you day of and be more considerate next time.
Arrived on schedule and fixed the issues in a professional manner
Great sales and manager I cha he’s my mind 2 or 3 times based on my own funding and they were able to work with me with the numbers I went to 3 dealerships and made my final decision and purchase with pat and Joshua business manager. Great people no pressure very family orientated business people.

We had a very positive experience. We had gone to Camp World and even put a deposit on a TT, but as soon as we were contacted by Nick in answer to our on-line inquiry regarding a Grand Design Imagine we felt our experience was going to be totally different, and it was! Nick scheduled an appointment immediately on our timeframe, stayed late on a Saturday and had our Imagine prepped and ready for pick-up in a week. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with.

The service dept is the best around, Scott and the other guys are awesome to deal with and very polite and responsive. It’s a joy to go there.
We love our Jayco camper. Alpin Haus was very good. There were a couple of small issues with the camper and they were prompt at getting it fixed. All of the emu were amazing.
