I bought a brand new 2020 5th wheel and roof was leaking around shower sky light refridge not level door would not close and leak under kitchen sink. These will be fixed on warranty but should not have these problems all missed in Manufactures final inspection and dealers inspection
My Camper developed a leak after our FIRST YEAR!!
NOW AFTER 3 YEARS THE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN?

Robert and the service team have been very helpful with the purchase of my new RPod, they were great to work with. They answered all my questions and were very thorough in my "walk through"! So far I've been very pleased with everything with this purchase!
I was allowed to observe the tech winterize the. airstream which helped me to learn more about its' functioning. What I don't understand is why I was charged for observing???
There are just too many ways to list. I will never recommend Alpin Haus and in fact have reached the point where I tell people to go elsewhere.

Everyone who works there seem to be very helpful, courteous and friendly. My wife and I are always pleased with everyone who we have dealt with, especially Scott in service. We are so glad we decided to deal with Alpin Haus in Saratoga rather than the Amsterdam facility. The whole facility plus all the personnel in Saratoga are awesome.. Thank you !

Winterized but didn't do the warranty
The yearly inspection , NY state inspection and a warrantee issue were done in the estimated time. No complaints
I find the service department representatives a bit “snarky”. When we reported a problem with the furnace/air conditioning we were immediately told that we needed to run it on “auto” and not on the setting we chose we were told “. . . I can’t tell you how many calls a day I take on that . . . “, before even looking at our camper. Turns out it was a faulty thermostat. We expressed concern about a possible electrical short as the battery was was running down completely between 7PM and 8AM. We were told we needed a new battery even though we had it tested at an auto parts store the day before, and were told it was fine, and the problem occurred with a friend’s (borrowed) new battery.
The drawer over the water heater was not reinstalled correctly after winterization, fridge was closed and the plastic pieces to hold it open were found on the floor - under the slide when I extended it to clean, and dirty handprints were on the BR sink and door of the camper. We LOVE our Imagine camper - NOT your service department.
Nobody said if anything was wrong or right. Didn't tell us what they actually did and didn't do as far forever warranty inspection. Just sign paper here you go your all set. We understand times but not the to do business, didn't want bring here in first place. Still have problems on flooring that you repaired, sections you reglued keep coming up. I end up fixing my self. Not happy for the service. We are actually looking for new camper don't know if we would go back to Alpin Haus.
I specifically told the person(Dave) when confirming the appointment that my awning needed a new motor, he assured me the repairmen would be able to do it, when the repairman (John) arrived he informed me that they do not carry motors on the truck, he was able to put my awning in but basically nothing was fixed. Now in order to get it repaired I have to pay for an on-site visit again.
Very disappointed in the way this was handled.
Customer service has been excellent. I only wish that after 10 years we could figure out what is wrong with the electric. I have had problems since I bought it and have been through so many coach batteries. It all tests fine but the batteries get hot, go dry and burn out and they always drain the cab battery.

We looked for a RV at many Dealerships. All seemed to be at the same price. After 2 years of debating a friend of mine recommended your dealership. We were treated with nothing but respect and purchased our first camper from you guys. Unfortunately only after two weeks we noticed a water leak while we were on our first camping trip. We came home, called your dealership and were told to bring it in. Matt and Ben the service providers were nothing short of amazing. Along with Kevin the service tech we had our camper back in 2 days. Everyone in the Port Jervis location were incredible. Your service department is by far the BEST!!!! So glad we are your customers. Friendly and commutative
I brought my camper there in the spring to get de-wintered and I saw that the rubber gasket between roof and side of camper was rippled. I spoke with the service gentleman and he shrugged it off as nothing just have them check it in the fall. So, I bring my camper there last week and tell the women I would like that looked at and she looks at it and says it’s not a big deal. I feel like they don’t want to go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I wanted to have the awning looked at because the one end was kind of wrinkled and she said they all do that I can show you. I’m the one paying for this camper and I don’t want problems down the road. I guess I will just have to find someone that is willing to work to look at these issues I have.
