Local and friendly. Fortunately I haven’t had to use it for major service but was in and out quickly for the forever warranty inspection.
We had a wallpaper patch for some glue that was dripping. The repair looks much worse than the original problem. The seams are evident, bottom is curling and there are several big wrinkles.
Staff was very courteous and stayed around to make sure I had enough height to hook up the trailer.
We brought my 2019 trancend in for the forever waranty service and to have the nylon retaining spline for the awning put back in as it was working its way out. To my surprise rather than reinsert the spline the tech simply cut it. So now my awning is still not fully held by the retaining spline and it is now to short to slide back in !! We were charged 69.90 $ for just cutting the spline
We are OUTRAGED!! At this careless act of so called sevice. This service was completed at the Saratoga location

Sales staff were not supportive with my major RV issues this past spring specifically Steve Quill. Service dept Dave B was great
Not very attentive or friendly this year. 4 people in service room 1 other customer and i was ignored for a long time. When I did get someone they half paid attention then ignored me.. someone else had to finish the order. Stood waiting for service both when dropping off RV and picking up. Canceled my service order the day I was due there and then couldn't find my RV at pick up. Changed my name added my husband and it did not get follow through on to RV still labeled Gritman not Hunt.
Kevin was great, pointed out what what the manufacturer did wrong with my trailer and Alpin Haus is doing what they can to rectify the situation

Quick callback. Upon arrival, service dept was very friendly and did a through review of camper.
Good service from associates and good, safe facility.
Only 1 propane tank filled when camper was delivered without telling me and my family ran out. Brought camper in for warranty work and there was damage when completed was told by service manager James Motto that it would be to hard and expensive to fix so that was not going to get done. Not sure what can be done to satisfy me now

I have talked to 3 different salesmen in the last month to trade my travel trailer in and they all say they will work on it and get back to me and then I never hear from them again so when I get my camper back from my yearly inspection and winterization I will be going to a different dealer for my trade in and upgrade.
