The best way to learn is by playing. Putting kids in band situation from
the beginning builds confidence quickly and they learn their instrument
in a fun way without becoming bored from mundane lessons.

My son has been attending for multiple years now and has become a great guitar player. I really like that he was able to get on stage and play with a band so quickly. There's a good mix of genres in the different seasons that have helped him learn all different kinds of music. He was also encouraged to sing, which has been great to see him front a band. He's made great friends and really likes the instructors, too.
I like everything about the School of Rock! The staff create a friendly, welcoming environment. The instructors do a great job of building musical skills while keeping frustration at bay. It's a fun place to come to, and I know my daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at the School of Rock!

Performance Group is amazing! Fabulous opportunity for kids to get up on world renowned stages and perform.
My son has LOVED Little Wing since his very first class, and I can see him grasping concepts and expanding his enthusiasm for music. It's a highlight of every week. The instructors are totally themselves and I am grateful to expose my child to that passion and diversity in the music world. We feel very at home at SoR West LA and plan to stick around as long as my child is interested. Thank you for the great experience!

It’s simply the best. Nothing comes close to their programs. The shows what takes the work above and beyond. Creating motivation and something fun for the kids to look forward to and truly understand different styles of music.
Kids enjoy it and I can tell they are learning. My daughter talks about harmony and melody. She says it's only a rock song if it has drums! Lol

I like that there is structure, but given the instructor there is room for personalization and enrichment. I have only been a student for two months and I have learned SO SO much. The song first approach is AMAZING.
