Our son loves going to SOR! It is his home away from home. He learns great songs and gets to be part of a band, and for kids not so into team sports, this is like his “team sport.” His instructors are very patient and very cool without being too laid back. They produce amazing results in these kids. You just have to watch a show to see how great they are. Sending our son to SOR was one of the best investments we’ve made.

The lessons and performance programs at School of Rock give kids not only a firm foundation in their chosen instrument, but also a great sense of community, confidence and achievement, as well as a valuable education many different genres of modern music!
My son has been taking lessons at School of Rock for a little over a year. He also participates in the performance programs. The quality of instruction is outstanding and there is also a wonderful sense of community at the Bedford SOR. Thank you to Todd and Ben and all of the instructors for their hard work during the pandemic to keep our rockers SAFE!

I appreciate being able to start learning a new instrument (in this case, drums) in a "no judgment zone" as an adult who hasn't played a single note since middle school 30+ years ago. I also think the SOR staff (instructors and management) are great, and the programs have been especially well managed throughout the pandemic. The whole experience has been a welcomed escape from reality, and I especially look forward to lessons and practices. I also love playing as part of a band and learning in the context of preparing for a performance.

The school has done an outstanding job during a very difficult time period. They have adapted quickly and made virtual lessons and virtual band sessions fun and informative and have started to pivot to in person sessions with strict safety measures in place.
School of Rock builds a great sense of community! The instructors are all positive and encouraging, and really foster a fun learning environment.
