The change of General Managers was a seemless transition. This is a testament to the leadership in finding a most suitable person, David and to outgoing General Manager Todd for training and orientating David. The Bedford faculty was accommodating and professional in making the change. Change is always inevitable and the faculty were outstanding in leading by example on how to navigate change. The students saw first hand how to work through change and to succeed despite different leadership. The overall spirit for creating a nurturing and non hostile learning environment has continued at the School of Rock/Bedford. Each student continues to grow at their own pace while forming lasting social skills needed in this ever changing world.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The adult program is very inspiring.
Bedford SoR is a great place for kids/teens to learn how to play and appreciate good old rock n’ roll. They learn things beyond how to play their instruments. Things like how to be part of a group of peers who rely on them to show up and try their best. Season after season you can see the kids grow closer together and I can see my son growing more confident and having fun on stage. The instructors are great at teaching the kids how to play. They are fair in assigning songs. The music selection is always incredible for the kids and their parents. There is a real sense of community among everyone involved.

Excellent instruction and environment
We are just starting out but my kids really like the instructors, they are very relatable and the learning is driven by songs the kids want to learn which motivates them more. The atmosphere is great too with rehearsals going on, they can hear what they might sound like if they stick with it. Everyone super welcoming and relaxed.
My sons teacher makes it so fun by letting him pick which song he wants to learn and work on!
