Wish there was Pop opportunities - to be more inclusive for girls who don’t always want to do rock concerts.

It’s hard to imagine that this time last year, at the height of the pandemic, SoR Bedford was still adapting to zooms/social distancing. Despite it all, the staff/faculty provided outstanding teaching, nurturing and most of all encouragement through those uncertain times. No pun intended, they did not miss a beat!!!!
Their resolve for safety and quality musical educational never wavered. Their tireless effort behind the scenes was and will be appreciated by all parents and students. SoR Bedford has emerged even stronger and will undoubtedly continue its outstanding work for the students and the community!
School of Rock Bedford has been a life enhancing experience for my teens. I cannot say enough about this amazing program, the teachers, music director and general manager are amazing mentors -- it has become a home away from home from both of my children. In addition to growing as musicians and performers, they learn the importance of being a team player. Even throughout this pandemic, the program continued safely and continued to be a positive growth experience for the students.
The band rehearsals make a tremendous difference with practicing! Before joining the band every day practice was a hassle. She loves learning about the older rock bands and the teachers are dynamic encouraging individuals
our son just started during COVID and has learned so much. He loves going and hopes to participate in concerts too in the future.
You should cap the shows at 9 people bc if players only play less than 50% its not worth it.

The instructors - they strive to keep the right balance between pushing students to stretch, but to not over reach - which isn’t fun for anyone. They focus is on fun for everyone, Vs a competition for best shredder :)

Instructors are genuinely sincere and caring in both the the students’ musical development and safety throughout the pandemic. Incredible experience for my son. The level of camaraderie is incredible, every student gets to participate and achieve at their own pace and comfort.
Patient, encouraging instruction
I loved singing but never knew how to really work on my voice, even after taking lessons. The school provides a low-stress playground to practice at play which gave me results. That’s why I’m here for six shows and counting but also I’ve made really great friends with the students and staff.

Our daughter loves her lessons and looks forward to adding the performance program to her schedule soon. Her teacher Chris is fun, kind and explains things to her so well. She loves choosing songs with him and playing her guitar.
Our son Sam is a beginner learning how to play the guitar - he really enjoys his teacher Jay and had been making great progress sinice
He started only a few months ago.
