Had my first yoga sculpt class and it went great. I was a bit nervous but the instructor, Pamela was very welcoming and made me feel like a regular. Got the work out of the year, no regrets. 10 out of 10 recommend trying to book a class with Pamela, was lucky to have her! Definitely coming back!
Yoga is an excellent way to relieve stress, practicing breathing, and balancing. The Ward CorePower instructors are excellent especially Aaron. He does an amazing job instructing us on the different poses and chakras. He is very passionate when teaching and passes it onto his students. Thank you!
