I accompanied my wife during a free week during the grand opening. I was experiencing the typical symptoms of a cervical pinch nerve. Yoga helped me regain my strength and mobility that I lost. However, the most valuable part of yoga for me was the way the instructors helped me to improve my outlook in life. The mental excercises opened up a new way for me to go on my days. Let's beat covid and return to our studios.

I love the trainers and staff who are always very helpful!. For the amount of traffic in students at this location, the studio is kept spotless.
I love that a HPF evening class was brought back, but unfortunately canceled. Hope to see more HPF classes back on the schedule!
I love Core Power yoga. I am not what most people would consider a “typical” yoga practitioner.
But after joining CPY, I find I sleep better, feel better throughout the day and recover better from other forms of exercise too.
I am definitely a fan of CPY.
