I really enjoyed the Soundoff Yoga experience. I thought it was an interesting concept and gave me a chance to try something different in my yoga practice.
I liked that the headsets made me feel as though I was in my own private yoga space/class. I felt like I was able to zone everything out and really stay connected to my body and enjoy the experience of yoga with less distractions. I like that I was able to control the volume of the music and really move and groove to what I was listening to!
I truly hope it will be a permanent option in the near future!
I like the Kailua studio's cleanliness and friendly teachers. It could, however, make its schedule more beginner friendly and one that supports development. C1 class schedules are more like fillers and afterthoughts being offered in the middle of a work day at 12:30 and as the last class of the night. Perhaps alternating two gradual levels in a single time slot would allow a student to grow into his or her practice.

Really enjoyed my practices while on Oahu at the Ward studio. The teachers for C2 for the Monday 5:15 and Thursday 5:15 class (Angela) were stellar. Really enjoyed the vibe of the studio, the fellow yogis and the location near Ala Moana & Ward shopping with great easy parking. Wish my local studios had the same high energy and attendance. Locker room at Ward was a little unkempt & could use more attention but I know there is about 10 times the volume to what I'm used to and a lot more men attending than at my home studios.
Great atmosphere and guides.
The services are great!! You get a full body workout if you take the sculpt classes... and the other c1 and c2 classes are awesome to get your body prepared or in shape for other activities such as surfing, biking, swimming, or running!! Or just everyday living!! As we age our joints stiffen up including our lower back!!! Or you may just want to loosen up or open up your hips, shoulders, strengthen joints and strengthen your muscles. It's great for the mind and spirit as well as the physical aspects of the workout!! And the teachers are very helpful and kind!! They want you to see and feel results from their teachings!! Classes are good but so crowded. You have to arrive an hour before class to get a spot. Having to carve out two hours makes it undesirable.
Yoga Sculpt
I am glad that HPF has returned during the week in the morning (6am). I am happy that HPF on the weekend morning class has returned to 75 minutes. I really like Mahina as a teacher of HPF, please schedule her more often at Kahala.
I did not enjoy Jeni's HPF because she moved so quickly through the poses.

People at Corepower Yoga remembered my name and smiled at me upon entering. To this 60 year old new comer, it meant everything to me. It is the reason I didn't give up and kept coming back. The only thing I would change, would be to make a 1/2 hour window between classes instead of a 15 minute window between then. It gives your employees more time to wipe the sweat off the floor better, more time for the room to cool down and have fresh air circulate in, and gives the next class 15 minutes more to stretch before class begins. Other then that, I have no other complaints for your business. I will recommend you to all of my friends.

I particularly like a few instructors who teach the class by actually teaching rather than calling out poses. On another note, sometimes the music in Yoga Sculpt overpowers the instructor and if you're not an "expert" or familiar with the specific instructors style, you end up following your neighbor. I'd prefer following the instructor. Thank you for asking!
