The instructors are so knowledgeable. They really coach you on proper technique, so that you are working the right muscles and protecting yourself from injury, giving a variety of modification options.

I just joined Core Power Yoga Kahala to find a yoga community on Oahu. I have been practicing for about 10 years now, but still feel challenged by the teachers every class. They all bring different styles and ideas to my practice which I love exploring. Shout out to Rian for his attentiveness and personalized cueing during class and to Katie for her intentional yet invigorating flow!
