Sculpt classes were very good! Motivating and energizing. I especially liked it when it was crowded and music pumping loud.
The c2 classes are great in how they introduce peak poses to try and learn new skills.
I enjoyed the option of having a c3 class but wish it was more than just once a week.

Chelsea was wonderful. She was very instructive about where to tighten and what mussels to activate. She was also hands on which helped getting a deeper stretch and also helped fix my posture in certain poses. As a beginner this C1 class was very helpful and motivational to keep going.

Your instructors are the best. They are well versed in want they do; they sent the tone and direction for the class. Essentially, I have one hour to get a good workout for my body and mind, I never go home disappointed. I'm in the best shape I've been in years.

Her classes are challenging yet inclusive, with options for both less and more challenging movements. She not only leads the class but also emphasizes correct form and posture, maximizing the benefits of each session. Natalie's classes progress from basic to advanced movements, providing a well-rounded workout. After her class, I feel invigorated and fulfilled, appreciating the time dedicated to self-care. Natalie's cheerful demeanor and positive energy contribute to the enjoyable atmosphere of her classes, complemented by her well-selected music.

The instructor was great. Perfect energy. Great facility. Crowded class, but everyone had enough room, and the large amount of people added to heat, which is a good thing.
