I really enjoy the variety of classes. The personality and individuality that each instructor inserts into their classes. The environment is great, the Kapolei studio has the most welcoming and friendly people. The staff has done a great job of welcoming everyone of all walks of life, all sizes and abilities to join the CPY family.
I love the environment the instructors have fostered. It's a brave space for me to try new things and to authentically express my true self.
The location is key. Kahala Mall is where I run all of my errands. Also, my favorite instructors teach there.
CorePower has been my go to workout place for about 3 years now. The instructors are so sweet and their workouts totally kick your butt!!! Sculpt is my favorite class; it is a challenge but you leave the room feeling so strong, proud, and accomplished. C2 is my second favorite class because it is so relaxing both mentally and physically. I will never stop coming to CorePower <3 thank you to all the staff and community who make this place so special!

I noticed in the past few classes I atender that the rooms are not as clean as they used to be. All mirrors are dirty and hair on the floor.
I’ve only gone to the C1 with Lauren as the instructor and I really enjoy her class. I felt comfortable even being a straight up beginner into the yoga community lol. I did try the sculpting class one time and it wasn’t a good idea for me since I already workout with a personal trainer. Aside from that, it was a good class as well just not for me at the moment lol. I might be weird but I honestly didn’t mind the heat in the room. I also like how clean the rooms and the rest of the studio. Overall, I really like the Kapolei studio since it is a closer drive for me than the other studios which I have not yet to try due to my work and life schedule.

It is such a positive environment to be in. All the instructors are all great and always encouraging. Always ask for input on what we want to focus more on. I always recommend corepower yoga to anyone who wants to try yoga. It has definitely helped me physically amd mentally.

Clean and great teachers
I like the atmosphere it's great, yoga classes are awesome C2 class makes me feel relaxed and healthy, sculpt is a great way to build strength and stamina. Instructor's are nice, yoga with music is great.
Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. My first time there and they made me feel very welcome.
