I have been coming to Alpin Haus since 2016 to have my RV serviced. I receive the utmost in care and attention to my concerns. Dave Behuniak has been an advocate of sorts for me "taking me to school" in many areas RV'ing. Recently my RV was in to diagnose an inverter issue. I spoke to Jennifer who arranged for the service and it was determined the issue was battery related and not tbe inverter. The charge for this was very reasonable. Service department was wonderful. Customer service was great. Jennifer kept me in the loop the entire time our camper was there. She was honest about what needed to be done now vs what could wait a bit and where our money would be best sent. Even when they found an issue they would not have the time to fix (due to it being busy season), Jennifer called around to multiple handymen she trusted to find someone that would be able to do the work for us. We will never go anywhere else for service again!
