Our experience at Alpin Haus from start to finish was exceptional, from sales with Asa to financing with Keith. The service department was excellent in their preparation and walk-through. We are first-time RVers and we enjoyed a stress-free experience. Our decision to patronize Alpin Haus and purchase a Grand Design was based on several months of research and shopping. The very best for me is I made a service request through the web site and I received a call when they opened and set up an appointment. They inspected an took care of two recalls. The dealership in Connecticut where we purchased our Fifth wheel failed to install one slide out topper, ALPINE HAUS Port Jervis got it done. Several phone calls were exchanged throughout the service .
