Trainers are very knowledgeable and they renovated a couple rooms it looks amazing. Also the facility is super clean and everyone is wearing masks.

Staff, classes and facilities.
We have been members for only a couple of years but have found this to be such a wonderful oasis. Since the pandemic, we have been doing the virtual yoga classes. The instructors have brought their studio skills to the on line classes with grace and ease. Could not be more grateful for the way you have all handled this most difficult time. Thank you.
Everyone is friendly, club is spotless, love the classes. Can’t wait for everything to get back to normal- NO masks!

There are a lot of nice gyms in town, but the J has the nicest and most welcoming staff, particularly the front desk and the swimming pool. The guards are now very professional (a few used to fall asleep) and they try to accomodate me by searching for openings when I drop by without a reservation. They find a way to cobble together a 55 minute swim, even if it means that I have to change lanes 2 or 3 times. Good music selection. No where else could I hear rap, 60's, contemporary music, and show tunes in the same hour.
Instructors in the weight room are always helpful, particularly Carl, Kim, Dakota, and Stephanie.
Actually, I think the friendliness of the staff set a positive tone for the members.
Only suggestion: Enforce the no cell phone use on the gym floor. I understand that is awkward for some of your younger staff.

I like the way that Cornerstone is managed and run. They have created a clean and safe environment to make the fitness experience comfortable during this difficult time. Also, they have always followed the government and health guidelines.
Cornerstone offers a full range of services. I particularly like using Ann K for training. She is very knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful.
There is a lot of equipment nicely spaced. People are polite and respectful. It’s clean and has an orderly appearance.
The J has a comprehensive list of products and services that are easily accessible. The coaches and staff are helpful and informative. There are so many programs and things for the kids to do and they love everyone of those events!

The staff, the attentiveness, how much my daughter is learning (in the classroom, about the Jewish faith, in the pool, on the tennis court, everywhere...and she's happy and jolly and pickup and dropoff daily.) I also LOOOVE the gym classes and once I feel like it's safer to go to the gym, I will rush back to the RowFit and yoga classes. Also, the pool in the summer is a dream.
