Great classes
The entire staff is friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable in regards to goal setting. I have had an exceptional experience with two personal trainers John and Alyssa and they have helped me to improve my physical ability. The staff is constantly sanitizing and insuring that we exercise in a safe environment. I am very happy to be a member at Cornerstone.

I love everything! The environment, the staff, the vibe of the gym; literally nothing to complain about (except maybe for the occasional treadmill or bike programming issues). The wholeness is what keeps me coming!
I have only been there a few times since reopening. Although limited for now it is still a good place.

We spent all summer at the J pool which was so great during covid - for a break. We haven't gone back until this past week to check out the new building - it looks beautiful! My boys were both impressed and interested in checking more out. And one particular thing I'm extremely excited about is the hot yoga. I used to go to Core Energy Yoga which I loved and it closed - this session with (apologies, I don't remember his name) on Sunday morning was fantastic and I look forward to enjoying this at the J! Thank you for adding that!
