The friendliness and sense of community. I’m retired but whenever I traveled for work and used other gyms, nothing compared for me. We were members from almost the start. Staff personnel stay and there isn’t a large frequent turnover over the many many years. That says something about the work environment. Jim runs a great place, always upgrading and improving, investing in the gym.

Jennifer works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and the gym is clean. Even during these trying times, the front desk, trainers and cleaning staff are always in the best of moods. My place away from home to get my training on,

it's very organized and the Covid protocol is very well managed and communicated; this was my biggest concern about coming back to a facility.
I love the amount and variance in classes! With all the kids activities, my kids push me to go so they can “workout” as well. Great family environment!

The staff is all great and knowledgeable, it's very clean unlike some gyms, the sauna is fantastic, if I had one complaint it would be some of the treadmills not being as nice as others but overall it's a great place to workout at I look forward to continuing my progress and reaching my goals there.
