The front desk Experience Team was super welcoming and informative.
I like the fitness center. Nice facilities in a beautiful new building. I also like the Heritage center offerings , although I have not participated in any.
Wish the gym has been upgraded during the pandemic. This facility will be used by many people and some areas like the bathrooms look old and always dingy. Considering other parts of campus had so much money put into them and no one uses, hope this tried and true gym can look better.
Bo is great. Needs updated locker rooms and showers. New recovery space is a nice addition and the experience team are top notch.
Good Exercise facilities.

The J KC is clean and bright, well staffed and has everything I could want to live a healthy lifestyle.
It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. Our kids love the Clubhouse and pool. I’ve also been impressed with every sport or activity our kids have participated in through the J.

It's a well run facility with an emphasis on cleanliness, security. You feel like you're part of a family.
Well, I like everything. Deborah Ball has been so helpful going over all of the options for membership during the pandemic. And, everyone has been equally helpful with issues I have had with needing a new bar code for my membership etc. And, then, there is a wonderful community of members-not sure The J can be beat. All around great choice.
The new supervisor for the bo Jackson is awesome!

Ohhhh how to explain all of this... let's see... oh organize it.
1. Service: TOP notch... really... friendly, smiling, asking how I'm doing, wishing me a good workout, wishing me a good day on the way out. And none of that feeling forced or scripted, somehow you just managed to hire genuine people.
2. Cleanliness: WOW.. off the charts. that place is CLEAN... been going for many years and it shows.
3. the graphics updates and what not are funny and different but still retain the flavor of my old familiar Bo gym... good job on those.
If there was an 11 on this survey I'd give it!
