Yes I enjoyed it very much however my entire body hurts as you have much heavier weights and I feel compelled to lift them.

I like everything they have, there's no need to go to other places. Define fitness has everything you need. All types of equipment from abs to arm and swimming pool, steam room sauna and hot tub. I love going there after work or my days off. Its a great place to be. Very happy nice people and staffs. And clean place.

Outstanding facility ... access to this caliber of an athletic center is one of the reasons I LOVE working for NIKE!
I love the facilities and the amenities. You've nailed a lot of the small details from spa water, to cold towels, to NormaTech boots. I fear what the gym will become upon the completion of Serena building. Also, wish that you had sauna/steam and hot tub facilities available.

One favor: would it be possible to stock band-aids inside the locker room as well? There are many times when I don't realize I need one until i'm ready to hop in the shower but it don't want to waddle over to the front desk with my towel on.

Best Yoga teachers ... many different classes
Nice, clean facility, friendly staff. Only one issue, the music in the gym is a little loud, considering, if you look around, everyone has earpods for their music they are trying to listen to and to watch/listen to the tv programs on the treadmill, but we have to turn our volumn up to the point of damaging our ears because the music is blarring in the gym.
So the jest is, why have the music in the gym so loud when everyone their has their own music plugged into their ears from their cell phones? Could you turn it down a notch?

Size of the club. Plenty of machines to use. Friendly atmosphere. On a negative parking is a problem in the mid morning.
