So many options available
I expected it to be ridiculously packed.. there were plenty of machines to work on.. or walk or bike.. it was fresh not stuffy & stinky.!! Big plus.. there are classes available & T staff make it fun..!!
when I registered.. first time in a gym.. T front desk made it very comfortable for me.. I’m not T crowd kinda person but they put me at ease!! I did enjoy my 1st hour ever in a gym..
I also tried T Zumba class.. 1st time there also!! It wuz a blast.. I tried to keep up..LoL... it’s all gud.. friendly staff!! Great experience!!!
Friendly and helpful staff. The facility itself is very clean and really accommodating. This was my first time working out at Coach K and I forgot my lock so to find out all the lockers had the digital locks was great.

Overall, the Gym and its equipment is in a good state of repair, the staff is very upbeat and Professional, they readily handle a broad set of individual fitness needs, there is a broad spectrum of exercise options and equipment available, and the staff is very responsive to reasonable individual requests. The personal Trainers are very knowledgeable and handle even the most challenging questions! - if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does!! The gym upper level management is excellent in every respect!!

Super friendly staff, new equipment & great atmosphere.
I use the aquatic classes. I find them challenging but not extremely difficult. All of them are catered to your abilities no matter your age or physical abilities. I like the several times and frequent classes to choose from. The pool area is well maintained as is the dressing rooms.
Great facility, great upkeep, great amenities, love spending my time at the Rady JCC!

The staff are very attentive to the needs of the members. The facility is clean and always has a welcome atmosphere. The equipment is varied to take care of the different levels of participation as well as the number of machines available guarantees a spot for exercise.

I really love the trainer advise, the yoga classes, the pool and the great locker room. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to the members needs. I also love the massage specials that Lifebridge had been running for the past month. Great gym atmosphere.

I love my gym experience, but it's mainly because of my trainer Susann! Although the entire staff is great as well. They are always helpful and in a good mood. Susann actually makes me look forward to working out at Defined Fitness.
The only reason I gave a 9 is because various friends and myself included, feel like there is an "old gym/mold smell" to the Riverside gym. After a while you get used to it, but we always notice right when we walk in.
All the employees are so nice and go above and beyond to help. Beth always has a smile on her face. The teachers are awesome- Robyn Gross, Eileen Owens and Toni. They know peoples limitations and offer alternative moves.
Consistent customer service. Cam is great to work with.

Its hard to pick. The J offers an excellent selection of fitness machines, classes, and amenities. I love that its close to where I live and has convenient hours. It feels safe, all hours of the day, and other members are respectful and nice; no one harasses me or creeps me out there. The employees and staff have all been very nice and helpful. And I love the spa services. Also, the locker rooms are really nice!

Free! and the Rock Gym is awesome. Also, the Sauna and steam rooms are great. Although PLEASE bring back the WATER BUCKET in the SAUNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
