Facilities are great and staff is friendly.
Close to home. Clean they try to keep everything updated. They have some outside trainers that have 6 people training right now that czn toe up machines for a considerable amoung of time and it seems like tge staff knows then.
Classes are amazing. Spin instructors challenge you. The bar class with Patrice is so fun and yoga on Sunday is great.
By the south stretching mats I would recommend getting blinds.

JCC is a great place for the family. My husband and I love to come here because everyone is attentive and the ambiance is superb. There are many excercises to choose from and the facilities are greatly maintained. Parking is never a problem here.

I like the wide variety of equipment available for workouts and free weights. The pool sauna and steam room offer additional services you can use after any workout, it makes this place a must for sure.

I went to Coach K Friday morning because the music at the North America gym is so offensive. I hope that someone checks in with them and asks that they update their music.
Location close to home. Plenty of fitness machines. Friendly staff.
