One word amazing
the gyms are clean; people are friendly, nice amenities in the locker room. Feels like I'm going to the MAC which I clearly can't afford :)
The staff is terrific - I have felt very welcomed which has made it easier for me to get motivated!
The only thing I don’t like is the mold in the wonen’s lovker room. This should nlbe mediated asap!

Stacy the yoga instructor is fantastic. Also, the cleanliness, the variety, and the quality of your equipment are outstanding.
A temperature controlled place to exercize is important to me. Plenty of room, plenty of choices.
My favorite part of going to Franco’s member is the warmth and welcoming manner that you are met with in every part of the club. We went to several workout places on the Northshore when we moved here 11 years ago, and we were immediately impressed by the atmosphere in the club. You can work out and exercise in many places, but you don’t get the same ‘vibe’ that exists at Franco’s.
Everything! Courses, lectures, concerts, excercise, training, local and national/international trips, Margulis center and much more, including affordability.
Price was pretty good. Nice machines since the renovation at the Wellness Center. Helpful staff

I have not had any bad experiences. I do however have great experiences, especially with my trainer, Emma. She is a very special person and a great trainer. And all of the staff are so nice
The sport center is as always clean and machines are well cared for. The locker rooms and pool area are always very tidy. Could use a few more bikes and sometimes I’m unable to access tv on the treadmills...but still rate as a 10!
My only real complaint is that there is no charge for employees (which is amazing), but I have to pay now that I am retired. Seems like it should continue to be a benefit.
Everyone has been friendly and supportive. I really loved the Saturday H2O class. The facility is well maintained and not too crowded. The Head Start program was very helpful. Now that the centre is closed there are online classes and support.

The thing I like best about Mesa club is everything is brand new in perfect working order. 1Phone number removed is the perfect time 4 my schedule.

Recently had to take a break from the gym due to extra busy life at home. Appreciated understanding of staff to place hold on account. Instructors are amazing and really motivating once I returned. Jenn C is especially so welcoming!
