Lots of scheduled group ex classes and the people are great.
Its free, its convenient, good equipment, good facilities and good for your health.
That said, the black mold around the windows and behind to pillar in the mens shower area in the Nike Sports Center is a big turnoff and likely a health issue.
The instructor for the spin class I did was a sub but persistent in trying to get the group to participate, I thought it was a great class

I really like the set up of the gym. I get a great workout and also get a nice view of the mountains!
My husband and I really like the people at the JCC. From the front desk to the trainers to the class teachers, we have been welcomed. The exercise equipment is state-of-the-art and the facilities are clean, well lit and efficiently designed. There are many different classes throughout the day.
We love the pool area, old people friendly.
Can come and do your exercise, hot tub, steam. Not at the new place. Yuppie gym.

The free weights.
But you guys should add another squat rack. They are useful for many exercises, but the only place safe to do real squats. And with two, they are often being used.
My trainer. Katie, is why I continue to show up at the gym! She is my motivator and holds me accountable to my goals. She also works me really hard so that I have seen visible positive results both physically and mentally over the lat 18 months.
The staff at the gym are so friendly and make the environment very comfortable, not intimidating like some other gyms can be. Love this gym and so glad I took the step to sign up with Katie and take care of my health!

I like the enthusiasm of the trainers. It encourages me to work harder! The only negative comment I have is that the water classes with Cheri are very crowded and you often are "bumping" into your neighbor during class. She is such an awesome instructor that a lot of people want her class!
