I am a long-time member of the J's fitness center. It is a first-class facility in terms of equipment and amenities, and it is very well maintained. The straff and trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable, and all of the staff and other members are friendly and welcoming. I especially like that the J promotes an inclusive and family-oriented culture.

I love the Clubhouse! I can drop my kids off and know they’re being well taken care of and having fun. I am able to get my workout accomplished without having to worry about childcare.
I enjoy The J daily and I call The J my fountain of youth. The people are wonderful and helpful. If you don’t have an exercise routine I suggest getting a trainer to learn about the up to date equipment and how to use. I have my favorites and do three sets. When I started last June, Jose gave me a free assessment. Now at 6 months well have another assessment. I feel the difference. Thank you,

Right now I'm frustrated because of the pandemic. I can't use the gym or go to the exercise classes I like because it's not safe for me. I was glad that the White Theatre performance required vaccination and masks, and the ushers very willingly enforced that policy when two people were not complying with wearing their masks. This gives me more confidence to try again, though with the Omicron variant in full force now, not any time soon. I'm glad that there has been some virtual options on Zoom. I don't like if Facebook membership is required to access. Perhaps it is because of cost to you, but it mean I can't access it because I won't be a Facebook member due to their violation of privacy and more Before the pandemic, there was no doubt in my support for the JCC. I know the JCC is struggling to deal with the pandemic, so I"m still paying my dues though I don't get that much for it. So I guess that means I do support them.
Your instructors (esp Body Pump), front desk team, child care staff are amazing, clean facility. How welcoming everyone is!

I wish there's an orientation session for new member. For example, the locker room, reservation for classes, and how to use all equipment.

I hadn't been back in almost two years due to COVID/WFM, and this past Wednesday and Thursday (12/15+12/16) I finally made it back in due to work requirements at WHQ. Awesome to be in Coach K again, and the front desk staff was as friendly as ever - I didn't catch his name, but a young man with shorter blond hair even offered to tour me around on Wednesday after I off-handedly mentioned I hadn't been back in 2 years while scanning my badge. You guys are awesome!
