The equipment is generally current or cutting edge and in working order, the facility is beautiful, inspiring and clean and the front desk staff are always helpful.
I am at the J almost every single day. I love going to the warm water pool in the morning and just running or taking a water class with Julie. The lifeguards are usually great, too.
I love going upstairs to work out and of course my trainer is the BEST- Joe Ryan... he keeps me in line and I have seen a big change in my quality of life. Rita at the front desk greets me on weekdays and seems to care. Ashley and Sharon take care of me in the locker room and I have to say everyone is friendly. I especially like that it is a Jewish Community Center since I grew up at the "J" in Chicago. All around great value.

I like how the dumbells go up to 150 pounds. I would like to see some of the new modern equipment found in boutique gyms where in Florida and in Cali. Free towels would be a plus like the defined in Farmington.

I've been disabled and they have been very helpful in getting me into the pool for senior aquasize. I am a senior sneakers partner. They have some programs for Seniors.
Very clean and modern facility. It is a great place to workout, with great variety. The ONLY negative is the music. Otherwise, strongly recommended.
