I love the J! I've been a member for about 8 years. I swim almost daily and have met many wonderful friends among members and staff. Everyone is so friendly. I appreciate that even though I am not Jewish, I am welcome there, and have learned about Judaism and Jewish holidays thanks to the pamphlets and information readily available each holiday. I have also enjoyed the White Theater's excellent performances and its annual film festival!
The culture, atmosphere, hours and always someone to talk to. Motivation and encouragement is always there.

The classes are great. You need only do only that which benefits you and your body. There is a great variety of classes and machines from which to select. You are competing with yourself.
The staff is very helpful and willing to answer your questions and to offer assistance if needed.
Not crowed like other fitness gyms and working equipment! , great place to workout! Like that there are cleaning cloths ready available and don’t have to run around looking for them!
My son is Autistic and really enjoys the Easy Line room where it is a slower pace. Thank you Defined Fitness!

Great equipment. The place is kept very clean. Very friendly front desk staf.
Members are great! Yesterday our spin class sub didn’t show up. People in the class took turns calling commands and playing music through Bluetooth. We all had a fun time. Would be good if front desk staff knew how to operate Spivi for virtual class in these situations.

Front desk people are very helpful and friendly.. Equipment is well maintained and there is enough pieces for everyone ( including Silver Diapers!)!!

It was my first visit to coach K center and I was impressed with all the facilities- Personal training sessions, showers and massage options. Will return back to explore further options.

The thing that keeps me as a member the most is the social aspect. I love seeing my friends on a regular basis. The experience would not be the same without them. I also love training with Andy Hayes. I have been with him for several years and is IMO the best trainer there!

Been a member at Sports and Wellness for the past 5 years and I am impressed with Defined. More equipment to choose from, better class offerings, and a fresh new look. Looking forward to getting back in shape at Defined.
