The yoga instructors are amazing. I always leave feeling my best. The only thing I really wish could be improved are the showers. It’s so frustrating to see that some are not even working or the water pressure is so low. In addition to that, you can smell the mould on the edge of the shower which doesn’t feel good.

It was a fun environment and I was able to keep up in class even being a newcomer. It was challenging but Lynn made us all laugh and it made it easier!

Went to Lindsey's C2 class, which was great. It was my first class at Ballston. The infrared felt really nice.
My instructor Mia Shocket made my first CorePower experience incredibly positive. Her energy and optimism motivated me to challenge myself and get the most out of the class. It was difficult but very rewarding in the end!! I will be attending again soon and recommending her class to all my friends!
I enjoy the quality and variety of teaching styles, the cleanliness of the studio and the upgrades - beautiful! I appreciate that we have locker rooms, showers, and heath and beauty aids after class, and the welcoming, helpful studio managers and cleaners. So much to manage, so much that makes a difference. Thank you. I and my sister benefited greatly from Heidi's Hip Workshop and we look forward to more learning sessions. Heidi is a master class in helping us learn about our bodies and how best to use them, going beyond "exercise." Thank you so much.

Love love love!!! Yoga sculpt with Gina was awesome…love me some CPY Ward! This was the original CPY I initially joined years ago, and it has grown tremendously! Amazing teachers, more yogis, variety of classes, etc.

I went to several of Kim’s classes in Maple Grove about 2 years ago. I was super excited to see she was at the Edina location now. I had not done a heated class in over a year…and I knew that she would be able to keep me calm in the heat and work through it. I think that the extra hot classes are needed to learn discipline and patience.
I also attended a class just Saturday with Michael as the teacher in Edina and I loved that class too. Yoga Sculpt. He was able to push me to work as hard as I could and provided ample modifications so that I did not overdo my heart rate.
