The instructors are fantastic - specifically Melissa W. and Sarah S. Melissa and Sarah are highly skilled, have helpful and insightful queues, and make class fun. Three cheers! The studio is clean and well organized.
Please consider distributing cold aroma washcloths at the end of class!
Excellent experience in the CorePower Yoga two class. Wish there were more studio rooms. I’m glad the humidifier was not available. I feel like it is unnecessary.

This is my neighborhood yoga studio .. always available with a good selection of classes guided by caring yoga teachers. The Balston studio is well maintained and always clean.

Loved the woman's circle experience dedicated to women of color to feel supported, protected, vulnerable and enlightened.
Soundbath is quite good! But HPF is very bad because the instructor keeps opening the door every 1-2 minutes maybe she couldn’t stand the hot. But it is so annoying and I think that is just not professional
The HFP is quite good at this locations
the cold cloths at the end but corporate is taking it away
I absolutely love CorePower Yoga! It’s been such an influential part of feeling grounded both physically and mentally. The instructors are incredible and are very dedicated to making the classes accessible and welcoming for everyone!

Engaged instructor. Well organized. Music not too loud. Enough lighting to be safe.
I have only taken one Core Restore class so far. The leader was so relaxing and helpful. I’m sure she could tell it was my first time. I will be taking 3 more classes and then joining monthly. I loved the patient leader and relaxing environment.

Melanie taught an excellent strength X class. She kept the pace high and the exercises challenging and diverse all the while motivating is that we could do it.
