CorePower is like a best friend that always has your highest good in mind, it is always there welcoming you with open arms.
Great studio with lots of class times and class styles. Wonderful group of instructors, too.
The low lighting, smaller classroom, and soundproofing made for a really good environment and my instructor was really excellent. She was able to take extra time to adjust my form, which was very helpful.
Danielle is an amazing instructor! She made my first class at CorePower challenging, yet fun. I left knowing I'd be back.
Absolutely loved the instructor. i am not used to classes of that size, but i was surprisingly very comfortable, which i appreciate so much!
The overall options of classes, schedule and quality of teaching.
Very friendly and talented teachers in a spa-like environment.
Larger rooms, more mirrors and more parking spaces than found in other locations.
I like the place and it is very open and big. The room for the yoga have a window so you can see the outdoor. I am exploring the diversity the classes so I can make the decision to join the CorePower Yoga.
Thank you for the mouthwash and the deodorant. I used them after the class because I rather to take shower at my house but the changing room is big and comfortable.
I love this place so much! I’ve had the most results both physically and mentally coming to CorePower. I wish there was a location on north shore side (:
I've taken classes from Danielle De recently, and I've found them challenging, varied, motivating, and fun. The studio's atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.
Very satisfied with the class and the yoga instructor. I explained that it was my first time doing yoga. They were very understanding and patient. They guided me thru the poses. I didn't feel judged, eather I felt comfortable. I just completed my 1st free week.i will be signing up for at least 2 months.
The yoga instructor was very patient with me. I had let them know I was new to yoga. They were very understanding and patient. I got a great workout and felt comfortable. They guide you and don't push you or shame you for not being able to do certain poses.
Friendly staff, lots of classes/times offered.
Friendly atmosphere, great instructor, fantastic workout.
Amazing instructors! Love Kelsey, Katie, Kaitlin’s , and Kylies classes.
It was a fantastic experience! I've never been so relaxed while sweating so much.
The class was great
Every class I take here I enjoy. The instructors and flow of the classes are better than a lot of other studios I’ve been to.
I did not feel judged nor made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a lovely experience for my very first yoga class!
I tried yoga several times before CorePower.
It was always quiet, static, and rather sterile. Most of the sequences require flexibility, and for me who was born with lack of flexibility, it was never fun. All the classes I took fit into the stereotypical idea of what yoga is: flexible people flowing in a quiet place place to reach “inner peace”. I was only for selective people and I never felt welcomed.
Some of the first CorePower classes were the same. Everyone was on their own business, and it was nothing special.
But the reason why I decided to continue to come to CorePower is because of one particular instructor, Vera Ramos.
I barely have any knowledge of yoga principles, but the definition of yoga that I learned from her is, learning how to sit in discomfort, taking a leap of faith even when it is scary, accepting and honoring myself as is, and giving back the good energy to the people around me.
I go to yoga not only for my physical health, but for my emotional and mental health.
Even on bad days, the moment fellow yogis greet each other before yoga practices, I gain energy.
I get motivated by people who get difficult poses done.
I try difficult poses one more time because people around me encourage me to do so.
And when I finally get it done, it is not just mine but everyone’s joy and I feel more fulfilled.
If I never stepped into her class, I would not have been where I am now and I would not call myself a yogi.
Because of the passionate, interactive community that cheer one another, encourage one another, get excited for one’s achievement, and be each other’s inspiration, I choose to come to CorePower, and this community distinguishes CorePower from any other yoga studios.
I hope others who had such narrow minded of what “yoga should be like” to open up their mind, see the benefits of being in such empowering community, and understand how lucky we are to practice in such community.
