Great class, instructor & energy. I run the risk of sounding old, but the music was so loud that the instructor had to shout, making it very hard to hear his instructions. It was my first time in this class, so following was a bit hard.
The studio was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. Class was great!
jamie is such a gift! no matter which class i take (C2/ HPF) at either location (grand/highland) she is present and inspiring, kindly nudging students to find depth/edge/rest~above all, listening to our bodies. super fantastic
Welcoming environment
The instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging. I was sick for 3 weeks and they welcomed me back, and were concerned about me pushing myself too hard. She said to ease into it. I love this location as well as Point Loma.

Yoga studio is very clean and the C2 class by Rachel was awesome. Great teacher with a calm presence and strong communication. The music playlist was very enjoyable.
