I love the different kinds of workouts that are provided. I never feel judged when I cant do something or feel tired. Everyone is very supportive.
In Brickell location, every coach is welcoming since the very moment you enter the door, they are also helpful, call your name to encourage you during the practice. The place is clean and nice atmosphere. Thank you!
Melanie taught an excellent strength X class. She kept the pace high and the exercises challenging and diverse all the while motivating is that we could do it.

Excellent experience in the CorePower Yoga two class. Wish there were more studio rooms. I’m glad the humidifier was not available. I feel like it is unnecessary.
