I had never been before, the facilities were so nice and Erica was a great yoga instructor. I’m not completely new to yoga but it was my first time at CorePower and it had been years since I took a yoga class so I appreciated the go-at-your-own-pace style of the class. I also love the variety of class times being offered with an ever changing personal schedule I felt like I had a lot of options.

This was my first hot yoga class. This was definitely a great first visit. Coach Amanda was extremely welcoming when we came into the studio. During our class she made it enjoyable and encouraged us to focus and making sure our body felt great. I’ll definitely be coming back and letting everyone know.

I love the CP in OPRF! The teachers are all great and the expanding number of classes and times has also been great! I would still love if they did themed classes like the CP's in the city do, it would be a fun switch up.
Also, I have one small complaint.... The studios get pretty dirty between classes it seems... like the mirrors have big streaks and sweat marks and the floors in the studios dont feel or look like they always get swept between classes which is gross when you walk in and hair and stuff gets stuck to your feet and mat.
I love the energy at the Palo Alto location! Edna keeps the place clean and in order and her classes and others are amazing!!!

The instructor is what makes the class. Other yoga studios' instructors follow the same script for each class. Once you've been to it twice, it's too boring to go back. I love that core power has the best instructors, changing class formats all of which makes me want to attend as many classes as possible all the time!!
