Yes, certainly, life is demanding, sometimes humiliating, too often defeating. With any age on your bones, you learn to pick yourself up, smile, move on to the next success, then on to the next trouble spot, obstacle, barrier. Over time, your lessons are many, your accomplishments mixed, although with hopefully your humor and perspective intact.
The same applies to yoga at CP/East Broomfield. What is different here is you have these gracious and understanding instructors to help you through your defeats and on to your accomplishments. They could not be any more helpful and kind.
Most of all for me, this is one of the few studios in the area where the standard is the standard. As Westminster struggles to find its constituency, experimenting with all kinds of scenarios, Broomfield East stays true to a core principle: hot means hot, no matter if you just arrived to your first first-timer class or if you have practiced for twenty years. I think this incredibly crucial and essential. Hot means hot. It is what keeps me returning.

I love the Apple Valley studio! The staff is fantastic, friendly and real. Whether, your new to yoga, coming back from an injury, or a seasoned veteran, they have something to offer you.
