I had a constitution that made it difficult to sweat, but after 3 months of going to yoga, I started to sweat a lot from my whole body every time. I also feel refreshed.
I love the teachers!! And I really appreciate the education they offer me about health and wellness. Gaynor's instructions about back health and mulabunda (sp?!) have given me lots to think about.
Suggestion: I would love to see the studio as a cellphone-free space.

The classes are challenging and the instructors are all awesome. They offer options to both level up or level down more difficult moves.
Sometimes the heat is just slightly too high - especially in the afternoon with the sun coming in.
Sometimes the music is a little loud - which can make it harder to hear the instructor.
The environment is really welcoming and the facilities clean and beautiful.
The class schedule has lots of options and I'm always able to find a class when it works for my schedule.
Love the instructors, great locker rooms, selection of clothes, clean, great classes, and great vibe!

Variety of classes offered; wide range of time to choose from to practice — from very early in the monrning to late into the evening; teachers are wonderful - innovative routines, motivating to get you to push yourself and self care reminder that you are enough in your efforts.

Varying styles from instructors
Love! One thing I would love to learn in a CP class - getting into headstand from wide legged forward fold. I can do the traditional headstand (from all the in class CP tutorials!), but every time we are given the option to get into headstand from wide leg fwd fold, it's just an option but I would love a basic tutorial!!

I take classes with Emily, Rosie and Lydia. They are excellent, professional, inspiring and good at their jobs. The studio runs well, classes are on time, check in never has a wait. I like everything about CorePower Sherman Oaks.
CorePower Yoga has been a great experience. As an off and on again yogi the past 7+ years, I was in my longest yoga layoff yet—until I decided to join CorePower last month here in La Mesa. The variety of classes are impressive and the instructors are top notch. The facility is very clean and inviting. I definitely won’t go a year without yoga again, let all a week.
It's really the best workout! I enjoy going to the classes - I always feel it's a perfect combination of strength and cardio, of course, but what really helps is the yoga built in throughout. That ensures that I never leave feeling tight!
