Mia is incredible sculpt teacher and she brings such a welcoming spirit to the studio. She’s always asking for feedback and takes the time to learn everyone’s names. I wish she would teach at my home studio!

This studio is my absolute favorite! I have closer studios but prefer to go to this one because of the welcoming, friendly vibe from instructors as well as other yogis. Hot yoga is the best and I appreciate the awesome info that is shared about what our bodies are doing in response to poses. Also the positive support and adjustments given are priceless. Nicole is the reason I came back to doing hot yoga after Covid. She keeps me coming back every week! I’m also enjoying Lauryn’s hot yoga class. She is funny, energetic and so knowledgeable.

Wow! Sonia is amazing. What a competent facilitation, excellent inclusion of a chant, and meaningful direction and explanations of the yoga positions.
I go to the NE facility and love the instructors and great amount of class offerings! I wen to Natalie's class yesterday for sculpt! It was amazing!
One comment, and this may have actually been resolved, but sometimes when I go to sculpt when classes are full, most of the weights I use are often not available. Especially the 8 pound weights. I did see that yesterday there was a stock of green 8 pound weights so maybe this has been resolved, but I got to class early so I wasn't sure.
The instructor knew what she was doing and did an excellent job at the end for everyone.

Most of the instructors are very motivating and encouraging and seem to enjoy being there. I love the breathing practices incorporated into each session. I always leave feeling refreshed and like I had a great workout

CorePower Yoga has been a life changer for me~ I LOVE!! The instructors are just wonderful~ their energy and positivity just radiate ( I have been to the St Louis Park, Minnetonka, and Edina locations) I especially enjoy the challenge with the heat and humidity in the room.. 💪🏻
