It's a great gym, everyone is friendly, besides the workout machines the new massage chairs are great. All around I love club 24, and The new Afterburn classes just added more goals!

Availability, reasonable rates, friendliness of staff, and in need of staff to help when asked. What I don't like is that I called on a Monday to cancel an appointment with Nicole and she was t given the message so that she left a message for me on Wednesday that she was waiting for me. That was a waste of her time and an embarrassment to me because she no doubt thought that I had no respect for her time. I may even have been charged. I didn't check. Another thing that I don't like is the loud music. It should just provide a background. You're not at a rock concert. If you look around you'll see that more than half the people have earphone on. They should t have to crank up to be heard over your music.

I like the set up of the gym, the variety of equipment and classes, my trainer Karly, the locker room / shower as well as the massage chairs.

It is very clean, inexpensive, and has all the equipment that I need to use to work out .
The staff is friendly and I always feel that the gym is clean. The only thing I don't like is you play the same movie in the cardio theater Friday through Sunday which is when I can get to the gym. I would enjoy a different movie each day.
Between the equipment and staff who are always helpful with any questions you might have. Also the trainers are knowledgeable .

There are plenty of machines, it's extremely clean and there is a guy named Jared at the front desk that is very nice and really great with the customers. Overall, it's a great gym!
