I do like so much the place, very convenient location. The staff is not the easiest going persons except for a nice girl and ONE boy.
Club 24 has some nice features that other gyms don't, like the cardio theater,cardio machines with screens, and the anchor system that's against the back wall (Wallingford). The staff is also very welcoming. It's much cleaner than my old gym in Cromwell, and you can tell they make upgrades when needed.I expected the monthly fee to be between $15 an $20, which I would still pay.

It is clean, the equipment is great, like the Boot Camp/Abs classes and yoga and afterburn when I can get into the classes that aren't full.
I'm a little disappointed that I was talked into signing up for the 9 months of unlimited Afterburn classes, but they are always full so I am NOT getting my moneys worth at all. It is a lot of extra money on top of the membership especially when I'm only getting into the Saturday classes. Since I am a teacher and have 2 young children I asked if getting into classes at night would be an issue and was told no, yet I haven't gotten into any night classes in weeks.

I like the variety of rooms and equipment. I love the movie room. It's very clean. The women's room could be a bit cooler. It's always hot in there.
The equipment is very nice. I love the televisions and the treadmills. I really like to use the exercise chairs. Very comfortable after a workout.

The workers are very courteous and are very helpful. The amenities are great the machines are clean and in good working condition.

It is in a convenient location and the price for a membership is very affordable. Even with that low price, all there is plenty of ways to achieve a great workout, with nice facilities and equipment.

The gym overall is very good and the staff is very friendly. Please can you get another set of 40 lb Dumbbells? You only have one set for the entire gym and it's probably the most popular weights. Also, you only have one 45. Lb dumbbell? I've been looking for the other since I've joined. It would be great if you could just add another rack of Dumbbells because when it's busy, you are always waiting for weights. Also, there are several treadmills and elliptical machines that don't work. I usually have to try 2 or 3 before I find one that works as well as the tv.

I love that there are recycle bins. Occasionally there are paper towels in them; members who do not distinguish the recycle bins from trash bins. It would be great if small signs could be put over the recycle bins: RECYCLE BOTTLES HERE. That would clarify function and serve as a good reminder to members that the recycling service is available. Thanks.
