I have been a member of Club 24 before but got Achilles tendonitis and quit. I toned up, lost my fat stomach and 10lbs. I WAS SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I enjoy the weight machines and the other members are busy working out. Nobody bothers you.

I enjoy your Zumba classes. And I do wish your Newtown club 24 would find an instructor for our Wednesday night classes. The two instructors at club 24 in Newtown are energetic, enthusiastic, Dedicated and make each and every class challenging.
The manager just refused to let me in (not cancel my membership - just not let me in) unless I had my photo taken. With all the recent problems with security breaches I did not want my photo in your database.
He explained that it was in case my keys got lost so someone else could not use my membership and in case I LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS while working out. I explained I would take full responsibility. But that was not good enough. What a disappointing way to be treated. Not looking forward to the rest of my membership

Customer service has been excellent. Gill is doing an excellent job managing the club in Val's absence. The gym is extremely clean and any issue - big or small - is resolved in a timely manner. Other staff members (front desk girls included) are friendly and polite and very welcoming upon arrival to the gym. They make it a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!!
