Wonderful place!!!
Casa Blanca is always very clean, from the bathrooms to the actual seats or floors in the theatres. The staff is friendly.
I love the seats, unlimited popcorn, and unlimited drinks. The only thing I can really complain about is the bathrooms being all the way in the back. I wish they would make bathrooms at the front of the theater since most of the time we go we are in the theaters at the front. It would be more convenient so we don't miss much of the movie.
The movie Top Gun was fantastic! I have recommended it to many.

Went to the movies with her husband on Saturday morning. Have not been to the movies in years, prob 2018. Never been to Santikos. We had a GREAT experience. We visited the arcade, but had to ask how it all worked... the young man at the counter was very polite, and helpful. We headed to buy snacks, workers were super patient with us while we read the menu and made our choice. Hot, fresh popcorn and lots of options for drinks, and a nice clean theater. We had a wonderful time, I just signed up for the loyalty program, and we will be back. Interacting with young people, that seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to help was refreshing for the times. I wanted to share with the "higher ups". THANK YOU.
Topgun was an awesome experience. I did a matinee and staffing was sufficient. Actually bought my ticket a week prior while seeing another movie.

I prefer Santikos Casa Blanca because it is always clean and they always provide excellent customer service.
Having movie options as well as cosmic bowling, restaurant, bar and laser tag you can make an afternoon of it.

Except for the confusion over the discount policy, we enjoyed our experience at the Top Gun showing. However, it was advertised that tickets and popcorn were $5.00. The employees said it didn't apply to new showings and that popcorn was $13. We did not buy popcorn. I served in the Navy in the early 60s, so could you clarify what your Monday military discounts apply to. Does it not apply to first run movies?

Our group booked a private screening of Top Gun Maverick on Monday May 30th in theater 14. Your staff was awesome particularly Diontae (hopefully I spelled his name correctly).
