So simple! Bought tickets online. Showed our QRC to the lady, got our popcorn and coke at the self serve and got to our seats. Love the recliners too

I had a question about online ticket-buying, so I called. The Customer Service Rep at the phone number was excellent and cleared up everything for me, and I was on my way! [NOTE TO SANTIKOS: My only complaint is that Santikos no longer takes CASH — legal tender in the USA— forcing us to use a credit card. “Bad form, Pan!”]

I like that Santikos gives back to the community. Everyone is friendly and theaters are clean. They should put recliners in ALL theaters, though.

Checking in was quick and easy. I reccommend purchasing tickets ahead of time. The concessions were fast as well. It was clean. Everyone was very friendly and the seats in the theatre were comfortable.
