We like the place… And we like to recommend it. But you guys need to do a better job of cleaning it because it really is nasty and needs to be updated. Totally surprised you didn't do that during Covid. Other than that it's a great place great location. Never too crowded or rowdy. Very family oriented like the popcorn self assist machine nice addition.
Our movie was experiencing sound background difficulty, reported it and management was able to give us tickets to use for a future movie. This incident was handled in the best way. Thank you, management for listening to movie goers..
I like the luxury recliners and the table tops. what I didn’t like, the concessions are way too expensive the theater is lukewarm should be at a comfortable pool temperature especially with the heat we’ve been experiencing on the outside and the restrooms in the drink room need to be cleaned the drink room last night in the Palladium was atrocious gross. If I’m paying these kind of premium prices for everything I should have a nice clean cool atmosphere
Love the atmosphere....love how the theater is well kept. I always love coming here & watching movies in IMAX. Especially the superhero movies.
Although the show began late, I liked the announcement explaining technical issue was the reason behind it. They allowed the previews to be shown, that in my opinion is important as I look forward to the next big screen experience. We were glad to receive a voucher for our next film.
It is a local company, they help the community and schools in Texas, clean facilities, activities/events for families an dmake movie watching affordable for everyone. Great seating and the staff are courteous

It was our first time at Santikos cibilo and it was very impressive. Team members Alexis Benitez and Haylee Moore were very helpful and explained all the different games to us. We even had the opportunity to speak to Morris the supervisor on how great our visit was. Just thought they needed to be recognized for how great and helpful they were.

Movie selection, comfort, big screens, loyalty program. However, I very much miss coffee service.
Also, apreciate veterans Monday $5, but upset it didn't apply to online purchase!
