We saw TOP GUN MAVERICK. Enjoyed the “big theater” experience.
Seats were comfortable, as was the temperature and general atmosphere.
Very polite staff at all stations.
Very good buttered popcorn and refillable drinks.
All areas clean. Restrooms clean.

Was nice to go out for a change. Will be venturing back this summer. May also take advantage of a free movie.

Happy I see Casa Blanca did not shut down due to the pandemic. Time to go back to normal.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We had the regrettable experience sitting front row at Top Gun movie without realizing how close to the screen the actual seats were. However, after reaching out to Santikos, Robyn Oncken came to the rescue and gave us a rain check and made us whole again. Really appreciate it.

We like the place… And we like to recommend it. But you guys need to do a better job of cleaning it because it really is nasty and needs to be updated. Totally surprised you didn't do that during Covid. Other than that it's a great place great location. Never too crowded or rowdy. Very family oriented like the popcorn self assist machine nice addition.

Our movie was experiencing sound background difficulty, reported it and management was able to give us tickets to use for a future movie. This incident was handled in the best way. Thank you, management for listening to movie goers..
